The February issue of US Vogue featured on their cover, Dakota Johnson who is the lead actress in the upcoming movie version of the famous and controversial trilogy, Fifty Shades Of Grey. Dakota will play Anastasia who was the virgin girlfriend of the mysterious and intense Christian Grey. These wonderful photos of Dakota were photographed by Mario Testino in the Richard Neutra L.A house of the handsome and talented interior decorator, David Netto. I liked how Vogue portrayed Dakota here in her natural beauty with less make-up wearing these stylish clothes in the the stylish and comfortable house of David Netto. Everything in these photos definitely shows natural, modern and at the same time sophisticated style. I read all three Fifty Shades books. I don't know if the movie will give justice to the books. It would be refreshing to see Jamie Dornan on screen for sure. Partnered with Dakota, hopefully we will see their hot chemistry on screen. The movie will start showing on Valentine's Day! Will you watch the movie?
I've never experienced anything like this; I don't think anyone has. It's terrifying - and it's exciting.

Mario Testino always takes such special photos and these are no exception. I like this natural look too. I haven't yet read the books and I'm certainly very curious about the film.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read the books. Perhaps when the film comes on Netflix I'll watch it. But isn't Dakota Johnson such a natural beauty? So refreshing.

Great photoshoot, Pamela. Thanks so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteShe looks marvellous, I read the book and didn't care for them much, they were a bit far fetched, I just hope they don't make the movie like Twilight or anything as that would really be bad!! But, i love the photos :) xx
ReplyDeleteIm not interested in the movie but glad to see Dakota up and coming, she really looks like her mother its insane. Beautiful girl but a little awkward, hopefully she branches out even more. :)
ReplyDeleteThis edeitorial is amazing and I can't wait to see the movie!
