Gucci For Home

 It's finally the New Year 2019, new beginnings, new trends both in fashion and for the home. One of the luxury brands that is expanding to luxury home decor and furniture is the brand new Gucci Decor collection ranging from luxury candles, throw pillows to furniture like tables and chairs. The whole collection is now in Canada at the Holt Renfrew stores. All decorated with Gucci floral wallpaper and mannequins dressed head to toe in nothing else but Gucci. I would love to have the throw pillows, the side tables and the chairs with the embroidery message "Loved" with the design of the bee. I am just thankful and feeling blessed that after many years of sharing on this blog that I can share chic, delightful and luxurious fashion, travel and lifestyle stories with you all.  Spring is in the air.. Spring is in the Gucci store windows. The Spring collection is just full of floral prints, graphic prints, metallic and pastel colours that just pop in fantastic style. Even the shoes and bags are so oozing in luxury style. Spring brings about a new excitement, a looking forward to something lighter and warmer. Step out in lighter and more stylish style. Gucci Bags: Take A Seat

 On our way to Portugal, we were delighted to see this fun and unique display of Gucci bags at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. These bags are definitely luxurious, stylish, chic and so fun to carry. Being displayed on chairs look like they are watching on travellers as we passed by on transit to our main destinations. For sure, this is an exhibition of these gorgeous Gucci bags where travellers can see them up close.

Spring Style: Pretty In Pink

 Spring style is popping up around Toronto now. Even the happy colour of Pink from light pink to hot pink is in style. We can even pair pink with yellow and green as you can see from both Prada and Gucci Spring collections. I can't wait to wear these fantastic Spring clothes and shoes. I can't wait to see the leaves starting to grow on trees and the flowers starting to bloom. It will be a season of rebirth, a new beginning. Be happy and be inspired! In Florence At Gucci Museo

 When I was in Florence this Spring, I was delighted to visit the Gucci Museo located in the Piazza della Signoria. The museum has an exhibition area, a restaurant, bookstore and a shop which sell limited edition Gucci. Finally, Gucci opened a museum to house their vast collections and showcase their long history in fashion since it was founded in 1921 at Florence, the centre of leather making in Italy.  I managed to take some photos in the best way that I can even though it was not allowed inside.  As you can see from the photos, I truly enjoyed my visit as fashion is one of my inspirations in life.

Gucci Blooms

 Looking at the latest GG Blooms collection, designed by Alessandro Michele makes me happy and inspired. Alessandro has certainly created a hip, stylish, colourful and happy collection for Gucci. Each item is definitely a collector's item and will be perfect for any season. 

When I was in the Gucci store in Rome, they served me this San Pellegrino refreshing drink and believe it or not they have their own Gucci embossed chocolates. Both the drink and the chocolates tasted so delicious. Behind is a bag from the GG Blooms collection.

Boxing Day Shopping

The day after Christmas Day here in Toronto is Boxing Day. We set out early to go shopping on Bloor Street to shop first at Holt Renfrew to check out the sales  from 40% to 60% off. This year, I purchased this red Gucci high heel pumps which I will definitely have fun wearing to parties and other events this coming New Year. After checking out the sale items at Holt Renfrew, we had fun walking around Bloor Street to see all of the other sales on other shops and had a late lunch at Sassafraz Restaurant. Did you guys go shopping on Boxing Day? What did you buy? 

The Sales Associate at Holt Renfrew told me when I purchased these red Gucci shoes that it will be a Red Year for me.
Hopefully, a fantastic Year full of  love, joy and  peace.

Bloor-Yorkville Christmas Magic

We are back again with our tour of the Festive lights around Bloor Street in Toronto. Bloor Street is located in the Yorkville area of Toronto where all of the luxury shops are located. I enjoy walking here in any season as the stores always change their window displays and always show a festive, stylish and luxurious mood. This area is also my favourite place to shop showcasing all of the latest luxury fashion style. It is an entertaining place to do some retail therapy as even just watching the displays already uplifts the spirit! May you feel the Christmas spirit as we walk along Bloor Street, despite the winter cold.
