For this year 2016, my intentions are to eat and drink healthy, to say Yes as much as I can and to stay positive in order to achieve my personal and work goals this year. Whilst I was waiting at the airport in Orlando, Florida before New Year, this book Year Of Yes written by Shonda Rhimes showed up in my radar. I felt that I had to buy the book and be my first book to read and inspire me during this first month of the year. Hopefully, I will learn many things that will help me to improve and become a better person. This will also challenge me to go beyond my comfort zone to achieve some things.
