New Year 2016 Intentions

For this year 2016, my intentions are to eat and drink healthy, to say Yes as much as I can and to stay positive in order to achieve my personal and work goals this year. Whilst I was waiting at the airport in Orlando, Florida before New Year, this book Year Of Yes written by Shonda Rhimes showed up in my radar. I felt that I had to buy the book and be my first book to read and inspire me during this first month of the year. Hopefully, I will learn many things that will help me to improve and become a better person. This will also challenge me to go beyond my comfort zone to achieve some things. What are your intentions for 2016?
This resolutions list from the blog The Fresh Exchange, summed up my intentions for this year.

I have to keep up drinking these natural press organic juices for excellent health.

Believe that miracles can happen and that being positive can achieve many things including a happy  and healthy life.

This year's mantra: Stay positive, trust and believe!

My Intentions for 2015

My first intention for 2015 is to do more walking during my free time at work and during weekends. Just like the Parisians above who walked around Paris. It would also be interesting to wear these stylish North Balance sneakers.
La Sneaker is coming back in fashion again as shown here on the Printemps Department Store window.
My second intention is to drink and eat healthy. One of them is my commitment to drink some green juices with a mixture of green vegetables and fruits like banana, apple and pineapple.
My third intention is to catch up on my reading of fictional books, cookbooks and books about style for inspiration and to improve on my cooking.  So far these are my top three intentions which will be easier for me to maintain and achieve.
How about you, what are your intentions for 2015?
