Chic Delights: Karl Lagerfeld

For this Christmas Season, Fashion has collaborated with Beauty through the Karl Lagerfeld for Shu Uemura Collection. Shu Uemura is one of the best Japanese cosmetics company present here in North America. They are famous for their facial cleansing oils and of course their cosmetics. The super talented Karl Lagerfeld has agreed to collaborate with the Japanese cosmetics giant to design not only the collection but he also designed the Mon Shu Girl above. Karl Lagerfeld explained that for over 20 years, he has been using Shu Uemura eye shadows for his drawings. Using them as his colour pastels. Shu Uemura has been part of Karl Lagerfeld's creative life for all these years.

Shopping in Rome is one of the best in Italy. Rome is not the Fashion Capital of the World but it has the Fashion Headquarters of Valentino and Fendi. These are one of two great fashion houses in Italy. One of the most famous places in Rome is the Spanish Steps. The Via Dei Condotti which is ed at the bottom of the Spanish Steps is lined with most of the High end Fashion Boutiques.

Spanish Steps is always full of people, watching the passersby and also the beautiful view of Rome. Above and Below the Spanish Steps are Churches, Hotels, Restaurants and the shops!

Via Dei Condotti is at the bottom of the Spanish Steps. This street is lined with High end shops from both sides - Christian Dior, Furla, Yves St Laurent, Prada, Louis Vuitton to name a few.

Valentino Garavani founded his Fashion House in 1959. He was the designer to many celebrities and also to Royalty around Europe and the Middle East. When Valentino retired in July 2007, he was replaced by two Italian designers, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli,who continues to this day to design beautiful and high quality Valentino Clothes, Bags, Shoes and Accessories.
