One of the events that kept the City of Toronto busy the past two first weeks of December was The Distillery's Christmas Market. It was held at the historical district The Distillery which was established since 1832 as the distillery for Canadian Breweries. It is located near the Train Station for easy distribution of the Beers to their markets. The Breweries now have moved on to more larger and more modern facilities around the City so The Distillery was converted to an Entertainment and Shopping Area East of downtown Toronto. It is one of the hip places to hang out in the City. The Christmas Market was held here for easy access to visitors with its numerous Restaurants, Cafes, Bakeries, Boutiques, Art Galleries and Shops already in place.
The Distillery preserved all of the former Breweries buildings and signage around the area. Here is the large Christmas Tree and Christmas lights to celebrate the Christmas Market.
Every Weekend was so packed with visitors despite the cold weather.
The Christmas Market had many stalls like this which is traditional in Christmas Markets from Germany, UK, Austria, Czech Republic and other European countries. The Christmas Market orginated from Germany in the 14th Century and it spread all around Europe to celebrate the traditional Christmas.
Here is a signage from one of the Breweries that used to produce Beer in The Distillery.
A Christmas Market will not be complete without the Ferris Wheel, Carousel, there were train rides and pony rides for the Children.
A young girl very much in the Christmas Spirit.
There were Carollers around The Distillery.
There was live music to entertain the visitors.
Lots of food representing many countries like Oktoberfest from Germany, English food, Belgian Waffles, Canadian Chocolate Dipped Bacon (which my friends refused to try) and many different drinks to quench the thirsty.

Here are some of the stalls selling freshly made wreaths, Canadian books, toys, candies and Christmas decorations.
