Port Carling, Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. Here we are boating along Lake Rosseau in Port Carling, Muskoka. Lake Rosseau is one of the major lakes in Muskoka. This lake is closer to Lake Muskoka but more posh as it is known as the Millionaires Row. Most of the cottages and boathouses here are huge and worth millions. But what I captured here are the beautiful Boathouses of Muskoka. They are quite grand and known as "Shelter at the Shore" as they function too as living quarters on the lake. Nothing beats a perfect Weekend morning, taking in the quietness of the surroundings, except maybe for the sound of the birds, the sound of the waves and breathing in the fresh air. Grand expanse of Lake Rosseau. A multi million Cottage and behind it is the Guest House. Boathouses of Lake Rosseau.. Shelter at the Shore.... Treetops Cottage and Boathouse. Passing through a Vintage boat. Some Volleyball fun on the lake. Back in Port Carling.. Hang out at Turtle Jack's Patio for some meal by the lake. Some shopping at Port Carling. Ladies clothes and bags are from the Spanish Clothing Brand, Desigual. Back on the dock. View a Video of Colette Van Den Thillart's Muskoka Cottage, Creative Director of London's NH Design, from Canadian House and Home Magazine. Have a wonderful weekend! |
