Bloor-Yorkville Fall Season

 It's Thanksgiving long weekend here in Canada. I always enjoy my walk on Bloor Street which is currently lined with all the charming fall plants and flowers. Even all the shop windows here in the Mink Mile are celebrating the Fall season with their display of luxurious and stylish Fall clothes and accessories. As we celebrate Thanksgiving here in Canada, enjoy all the fall blooms and some window shopping here. We are thankful for all of our loyal readers here on the Blog, for all the support and wonderful friendships. Prada Fall Style

 The Prada Fall collection is one of my favourites especially its feature on tweed coats, skirts, dresses in beautiful colours of camel, violet, burgundy, aquamarine blue and even in pink. One of my favourite to wear for Fall is the ankle pants paired with a well tailored blazer as shown here so stylish in the Prada Fall print campaign. Even their block heeled shoes are so functional, modern and stylish to wear in this cool Fall weather. What is your favourite to wear during the Fall season?

Club Monaco Fall Style

 Here at Club Monaco, Fall is the season for greys, black, white and navy blue. We see all these style at Club Monaco stores which is one of Canada's best fashion brands. Their style is minimalist, classic luxury and timeless for both men and women. They sell here cashmere sweaters, wraps, wool pants, pencil skirts paired with classic white blouse and grey or cashmere sweaters. They also have blazers and classic coats including the trench coat. Even their booties for Fall are so cool and timeless. If you want some classic, no fuss style, check out Club Monaco which have stores in both Canada and the USA.

Mulberry For Fall

 When I was in London last Spring, I shopped at Harrods for what's new in Fashion and accessories. One of my favourite brands there is the British brand Mulberry. The sales associate was very helpful and patient to help me choose the best bag between the Alexa and the Cara bags. I already have the Alexa bag which is one of my favourite  and functional bags. This time, I chose the Cara bag in burgundy. One of their newer bag is the Cara bag designed by British supermodel Cara Delevingne. As I get older, I tend to buy high quality and well designed leather classic bags with no logos which the Mulberry brand expertly represents. Their bags are still proudly Made in England. I am very happy with my purchase of the all leather Cara bag. I can use the bag any season from Spring to Fall. It is also very spacious and light to carry especially when travelling.

I purchased the burgundy Cara bag on the left which can be transitioned into Fall. It is very classic, no logos, light to carry and proudly Made In England.

Weekend In Carnaby Street

One of the places I visited in London was Carnaby Street which is a happening place during the day and night with so many choices of restaurants and shopping. This street is a car free street where visitors are free to walk around discovering its unique boutiques and famous fashion brands.  My friend and I walked from Piccadilly Circus then along Regent Street to Kingly Court where we had dinner for pizza. After our dinner, we walked more to discover the shops and the restaurants along Carnaby Street ending up at the iconic Liberty London Department store. Carnaby Street is one of the places to visit especially for some evening fun. 

This is Kingly Court which is a cool destination for dining with friends or with a date, if you are lucky.

Autumn Candies

 Visiting Fortnum and Mason in London last Spring was always full of magical surprises. Especially when I reached this section of freshly made and colourful confectionery and sweets on the main floor. Whenever I see these, I just want to try them all from the Turkish delights, the glacé fruits, marzipan fruits and pate de fruits. These glacé pineapples, apricots, strawberries and oranges are just perfect autumn candies. They show off in colours of brown, orange, tan and burgundy which are perfect autumn colours. As today is the first day of Autumn, these candies are just to be enjoyed with childlike wonder.
