Roger Vivier pumps and clutch available at Holt Renfrew Canada.

It's Spring time. Time to change our colours from the dark to some pastels. This season, I saw numerous Pinks around in shoes, bags, clothes, food, perfumes and even in our gardens. Spring here in Toronto is quite late. Very few blooms yet. We believe our trees will be filled with leaves again and our flowers will bloom soon. As the saying goes, better late than never. Thanks to Fashion, it always arrive in advance every season.  The joy of the changing seasons is that we are hopeful and have something to look forward to everytime.

Christian Dior Slingbacks and Louis Vuitton pumps.

Bejewelled Miu Miu Pumps and some jewels in pink.
Prada pink and black Polka dots dress and Chanel dress in Pink.

My scent for Spring, a Limited Edition YSL Paris which I purchased during a trip to Paris. YSL created this scent as his tribute to the fashionable Parisiennes, who always inspired him in his Collections.  It evokes the scent of a Jardin romatique in Paris full of violets, bergamot, roses, iris and sandalwood. 
A book recommendation is April in Paris written by Michael Wallner. The book is a love story set during WWII Paris.
Spring time means it's time for some pampering. Perhaps a manicure and pedicure from my collection of Le Vernis de Chanel  in their shades of Pink: Ming, Rose Confidentiel and Infidele.

One of my favourite Spring dessert, Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing and Strawberry ice cream.
Blooms from last year to something to look forward to this season: Roses and our Dahlias to bloom in our garden.

      Those LV pumps are amazing Pamela. Roger Vivier is so hot right now with Catherine Deneuve having a hissyfit over high heels.

      Love the soft tones of your Roses and Dahlias. Remember to cut your Dahlias to enjoy inside as cut flowers, then the mother plant will send up lots of new flowers. Give them a good shake, as earwigs like to live in the buds sometimes:)

    Love all those beautiful pink garments and Red velvet cake is also one of my favourites!
    I can't wait to Spring to arrive properly to Spain,it's cold and really windy here, by is true that some flowers are already blooming.

    Pam, Loved this post. Such pretty pinks! I want all those Chanel polishes! The pink Roger Viviers are lovely too. I had forgotten about Paris. It was one of the first nice fragrances I ever owned. I still can smell the rose scent. It's so perfect for your Spring! Enjoy.
