IceFest Toronto 2019: Hollywood North

It felt so good to finally get out despite the freezing and snowy winter. Last weekend, we had the Icefest Toronto at Bloor Yorkville celebrating this year Hollywood North. The event was very lively with DJ music, lots of food and drinks all served outdoors. Toronto has been the centre of film making of Hollywood here up North. There are numerous movies and made for TV movies that were shot on location in Toronto. Every summer in September, we have the Toronto International Film Festival with major Hollywood stars coming to town to present their films and interact with their audiences.  It is just fitting that this year, the Ice Festival celebrated our Hollywood North through the artistry of ice.
