Adventure In Capilano Suspension Bridge

This weekend is the first weekend of summer. Luckily, one of my adventures this season is my visit to the Capilano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver, British Columbia. This bridge stretches 450 feet across and 230 feet above the Capilano River. With these many people crossing back and forth, the bridge swayed left and right. When there is a mischievous bunch in front of you who choose to stop in the middle or to jump to rock the bridge, then you are in for a scare swaying the bridge more.  Whilst crossing, I focused on the destination ahead. I told myself not to stop, keep on walking and look straight. I admit that in the middle, I peeked to look down to see how high we were and to admire the view above and below. We crossed the bridge again to return to the other side in order to start the Cliff Walk which is another narrower bridge suspended on the side of the cliff. It was such an exhilarating experience to walk so close to nature. To experience the B.C rain forest to admire the old tall trees, the plants and breathe the clean air which was a blessing all the way from God and nature. That's why it is very important to admire nature's beauty, to be with nature and to take care of our environment. Canada is blessed to have such abundance of nature.

Take a moment to listen and feel the spirit of the rain forest.
