Weekend In Vancouver

This time, we decided to fly west to visit Vancouver, British Columbia which is the third largest city in Canada. Beautiful and gray Vancouver is located in the North Pacific Ocean and has mountain views all around the city. Every part of the city is blessed with water and mountain views. Truly gorgeous, modern, very environmentally conscious green city, multi-cultural and so clean. Even the city air is so clean and pristine coming from the ocean and the mountains nearby. Vancouver boast of authentic Pacific Northwest Canadian cuisine, fresh seafood and truly authentic Asian food as offered on their numerous restaurants. We enjoyed our visit here despite the gray clouds and rain which is common in Vancouver. There are also happy and colourful art exhibits in their museums and those totem poles carved by the First Nations people from tree trunks on display at Stanley Park. Overall, it is worth to visit Vancouver, a Pacific Rim city that is still part of Canada.
