This year, in my quest for Wellness and to be healthy, I discovered the Greenhouse Juice Co. right in the heart of posh Rosedale in Toronto. They opened shop a few weeks ago in this stand alone white house in the neighbourhood. Since their opening, they have participated in the Holt Renfrew Beauty Resolution Weekend event in the store. So far, they have been busy creating their freshly made juices for their growing loyal clientele. These juices are Cold Pressed instead of using the typical juicer or mixer. Cold Pressed juices keeps the nutrients more pure and taste more natural and better. These days, anything made fresh and organic are growing in popularity due to the huge awareness in wellness and excellent health. I am not into these because it is a trend but this time it is my own body who is asking for it. It's a good thing that Greenhouse Juice is here now to provide inspiration and knowledge about what healthy and delicious juices to drink to achieve a better body and self.
Each of their juices and milks are made with a variety of raw and organic ingredients that function together to achieve cleansing, detoxifying, Immunity boost, cold fighting, strengthening and energizing among others. These juices are freshly made every day right in the Shop. I purchased these:
East of Eden - made with romaine, kale, celery, apple, lemon which are good for Digestive Aid, Heart Healthy, Cholesterol Fighting and Detoxifying.
Deep Roots - made from beet, carrot, apple, celery, lemon and good for the Lung, kidney and liver cleansing, Bone Strengthening, Heart Healthy and antioxidizing.
In their Menu, they have some amazing names for their Juices like the Rabbit, Run made with Carrot, Apple and Ginger for Immunity and metabolism boosting and Wake Up made with Orange, lemon, Grapefruit and liquid cayenne for flu fighting. The Greenhouse Juice Co. have made drinking organic juices fun and made us yearning to drink more.

ReplyDeleteHi Pamela, I wish they had a shop even here! Id love to discover more and also to try their fresh juices. I actually do not have or make them at home. They sound healthy and also good, you did well! Kisses dear xo
ReplyDeleteRaw juices seem to be all the rage - I think it is important that we are all think about being fitter and eating the right things.
ReplyDeleteI love everything about buying handmade juice out and about except the price. It's $11-$12 here for a little bottle. But it's good incentive to make them at home.

ReplyDeleteI have tried some of these but many are not all that tasty. I like boathouse farms and I want to try to make my own which hopefully will have a better taste. Looks like a cool place, should be interesting to see how busy they get.
ReplyDeleteI love to visit shops like this. The first photo with all the different juices lined up is so attractive. Carrot, apple and ginger - that sounds like a juice I would enjoy! Have a great weekend!
