PART II: Swinging Into Fall

 As you know, I am still inspired by all of the Fall Style presented at the Holt Renfrew Bloor Street store in Toronto. The store has been my source of  inspiration to what is new and coming. From my presentation here, the common colours for Fall that we can add to our wardrobe are magenta, brown, black, pink, beige, aquamarine, red and burgundy. We do not have to keep wearing Black during this season but be brave to add some colour into our wardrobe. In terms of Style, the common theme here are wearing tweed suits in pastel colours or in red as shown in Chanel. Another popular style is wearing the skinny or straight ankle length pants which is my current favourite. Lastly, wearing these outfits with Valentino Rock Stud shoes are just so stylish for Fall. 

 

 Pretty in pink with some Black and Beige at Chanel. 

 Go for red or burgundy at Chanel.

 These Valentino pumps will be perfect to wear for Fall.

Discover The Rouge Louboutin

 I was shopping for some Fall shoes last Weekend at Holt Renfrew, Bloor St. Store in Toronto when I stumbled upon this beautiful and graphic display of pointed items which turned out to be Christian Louboutin's new Rouge Nail Polish collection. I was amazed by the display with different colours grouped in three families: The Pops, The Nudes and The Noirs. Each colour were inspired by Christian Louboutin especially the Rouge which he has been famously known for the red soles on his iconic shoes. Venturing to nail polish for Louboutin is just the perfect match because his shoes will look more beautiful on women with a well polished pedicure in one of Louboutin's nail polish collection. 

 The Noirs Collection is on the right side with the Black pointed covers. 

 These are The Nudes Collection. 

The Pop Collection are so vibrant in colour.

The red sole was born from red nail polish. 

I am giving back to nails what the shoe took from the nails many years ago.

Swinging Into Fall

 Fall begins this week. Everywhere we turn, we see many Fall inspirations not only in nature but mostly in Fashion. At Holt Renfrew Bloor Street Store, the displays are all showcasing Fall in its splendour with natural colours of camel, white, black, brown and beige. There are also some prints and lots of colour for the daring and stylish. What are your Fall style inspirations? Will you go neutral/natural or go all out for the prints and colour? Why not mix both for variety? Whichever you choose, get ready to swing into Fall with your sweaters, blazers, scarves and coats. Fall is coming!

Stripes For Fall Style

For Fall, I am just mad for stripes. Especially the stripe collared shirts paired with denim pants or with a black skirt which were popularly worn during New York and London Fashion Week. The flexibility of wearing stripes goes along well with any outfit whether it be jeans, skirt or just match a stripe top with a stripe skirt as shown on the black and white outfit on the top right hand photo. Whichever way you decide to wear your stripe, wear it with confidence and style. As for me, I have purchased more stripe shirts mostly in light blue as shown above. I have also purchased the black and white stripe on the middle photo which will go well with my black pants, denim pants or skirts too. Are you inspired by stripes for Fall?

Shopping At The Mall At Millenia

 You  might think this is in Paris, France? Oh no, not at all! When we visited Orlando, Florida this Summer, we went shopping at the super fashionable The Mall at Millenia. It was our first time visiting the Mall and we were so impressed. Every turn was a delightful discovery from major American Department stores like Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus, there were many American brands boutiques like Forever 21 and major European luxury Brands like Salvatore Ferragamo, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Prada and Gucci among others. If you wish to take a break from Mickey Mouse, this is the place to visit. The Mall offers an extraordinary experience of  one stop shopping place for all of the World's best Brands right here in Orlando, Florida. It was truly a delightful shopping experience!

Luxury Events In The City

 The Buzz around Toronto right now is the LuxInside Exhibit inside the Holt Renfrew Bloor Street Flagship store.This exhibit in cooperation with the French Embassy displays luxury items and their internal composition that was researched and photographed in 3D by Laurence Picot. She choose some luxury items like the Christian Louboutin pumps, Leica camera and the Cognac among others to show their internal composition and how man created these luxury items from their own imagination, design, science and technology.  

Another big event in the City is the Toronto International Film Festival, commonly known as TIFF 2014. This is a gala of over 300 International Films from Hollywood and around the World showcased here in Toronto complete with the attendance of world famous directors, producers, actors and actresses.  My friends and I usually watch a few films that we can get hold tickets off. Most of these movies get sold out easily especially the Gala shows which includes big Hollywood stars like Denzel Washington, Jennifer Aniston, Keira Knightley, Benedict Cumberbatch and Jake Gyllenhaal, among other Stars.

Meet Señor Frog's

 When we were in Orlando,  we met Señor Frog's. He is quite a cool, relaxed and groovy dude that serves really delicious and authentic Mexican food with a fun and non-chalance philosophy on having fun, dining and drinking! Señor Frog's is a chain of restaurants in the USA, Mexico and the Carribbean that has a cool and tropical vibe. The ambiance is very colourful with vibrating music and very friendly service. Arriving in the restaurant felt like we entered an Island open-air restaurant in Mexico or in the Caribbean. We had lunch here on the day we arrived in Orlando. We ordered their beef tacos and their fajitas special. They were both delicious! After our meal, we discovered that the colourful decor provided some fun and entertaining inspiration about the philosophy of having fun, Señor Frog's style. Get to know Señor Frog's right here, right now.

 For our appetizer, we ordered their beef tacos which was so tender and marinated in some lemon sauce. This was really delicious especially sprinkled with more lemon then topped with guacamole and sour cream.

 As you enter the Restaurant, we were greeted by the stylish Señor Frog's himself dressed so casually in his T-shirt and shorts.

 In the Restaurant, there is a tropical Bar and beside it is their own Store selling their own merchandise from T-shirts and shorts.
