Taste of Paris in Toronto - MoRoCo Chocolat!

Here is one of my favourite restaurants/hang out in Toronto's Yorkville area - MoRoCo Chocolat. One of  my best girl friend, Phaedra,  actually brought me here several years ago. We had Sunday brunch there one summer in the patio. It is a beautiful place with classy and tasteful interiors. The inside restaurant is decorated in all black, with crystal chandeliers and mirrors. It feels  like a European salon, similar to a Parisian dining room or living area when dining inside.

MoRoCo Chocolat, owned by Kelly Kimel, was inspired by the cafes in Paris.  It was named after her two children, Montana for the "Mo,"  her son Rory for the "Ro" and her love for Cocoa - "Co."  I love that their colour  is Lilac! When I am there, it reminds me of when I visit and eat at Laduree in Paris.  MoRoCo Chocolat is located at 99 Yorkville Ave, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

MoRoCo Chocolat menu offers Main Entrees which are mostly French food like Croque Monsieur, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Truffles Macaroni & Cheese, Omelet, among others. The Dessert and Drinks menus are also worth discovering!

MoRoCo patio open during Spring and Summer season. It is a great place to dine and also to hang out for drinks. Most visitors hang out there to drink coffee, tea or champagne and have some French MoRoCo macarons in different flavours.

MoRoCo Macarons in different flavours like Raspberry, Chocolate, Coffee, Salted Caramel, Pistachio, Lavender, Vanilla and many other different flavours.

more MoRoCo  Macarons. So delicious!

Having my Rose White Tea with  a macaron on a Sunday brunch. Served in beautiful china.

MoRoCo Dessert platter! They make their own chocolates there using the Valronha couverture which is a different kind of cocoa. The Spring rolls is actually filled with chocolate. The mini-burgers are chocolate with cheese. Behind is the Bread Pudding with melted white chocolate sauce. Shortbread cookies shaped like French fries. So delicious!

MoRoCo Chocolates for sale!

MoRoCo Candies!

MoRoCo Chocolat is definitely one restaurant worth discovering! It is very unique as they make their own Chocolates which they use for their  drinks, candies, truffles, dessert and even a Chocolate fondue. Their drinks, main entrees and dessert menus are just a sinful pleasure plus the beautiful interiors makes the visit truly Parisian but in Toronto! The best part is that one can bring home some macarons, chocolate bars and truffles that can be purchased in the same restaurant.
