I admit and call it a style crush but Canadian designer, Tanya Taylor is definitely making big waves here in Toronto, New York, Washington DC and as far west as California among Hollywood ladies. Tanya was born and raised here in Toronto, studied finance in Montreal at McGill University then the design bug took over when she enrolled in London's Central Saint Martins and at the Parsons School of Design in NYC. Tanya has now launched her own fashion house based in NYC where all her clothes are made and sold in various major department stores from Holt Renfrew in Canada, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth, Neiman Marcus, Modus Operandi and her on-line shop here.

US First Lady, Michelle Obama is one of her loyal customers, always wearing Tanya Taylor's clothes in her official and private functions.

Tanya is her own best model for her collection. Her youthful, original and stylish designs are admirable. Tanya even designs her own prints. Tanya is definitely walking towards the right direction to success.
