Chanel Superstition Collection

Are you excited for the coming Fall Season? A few weeks ago, my Best Friend and I attended the Chanel Cosmetics Make-up session to introduce this year's Fall line called Collection Superstition De Chanel at Holt Renfrew Department Store here in Toronto. This post is not a sponsored post at all. My Best Friend and I attended this event at our own risk and expenses. But we love Chanel Make-up especially their skin care and all of the wonderful colours of their Collection every Season.

On the above photo, the Chanel Cosmetics Associate used the above Skincare collection to prepare my face for the Make-up. Since I am over my 30s, she lined up all of the above products that are appropriate for my skin: Ultra Correction Line Repair for Eyes, Ultra Correction Line Repair Fluid SPF 15, Hydra Beauty Serum, Silky Soothing Toner and the Lift Lumière Foundation. Remember, most Cosmetic experts always advise to use Toner first so that the skin will absorb well all of the other cremes that will be applied for Make-up. For Asian skin like mine, we do not wrinkle much but our facial skin sags as the years go by so the Lift Lumière Foundation together with the Line Repair Collection worked wonders for my skin. I am returning to purchase the Lift Lumière Foundation as it felt very light on the skin, has SPF 15 and also has firming and smoothing effects on the skin.
These are the Chanel Magic Wands:  First she used the Éclat Lumière under my eyes to brighten it up and added Waterproof Line Pencil above my eye lids. For my lips, we used the Rouge Coco Shine lipstick called Esprit, the Fuschia lipliner which is stunning when put on and the pencil itself looks so gorgeous.  One of the products she used which I purchased and love right now is the Eyebrow Pencil above with a brush on the opposite end to perfect my brows.
It's Mystère for smoky and magnetic eyes.
The Cream Blush Collection.
Le Vernis de Chanel are Elixir, Mysterious and Alchimie.
Watch the really groovy Video Presentation of Collection Superstition de Chanel.

May you all have an inspiring Weekend!

  1. I used to be faithful to Lancome for many years but recently I've been using more Chanel products. An excellent make-up brand in my opinion!

  7. I do love the satisfying "click" their lipsticks make. I don't think I could wear the lipstick in the last photo (too orange-y for my skin tone), but it's gorgeous on the model. I never use their coco shine lipsticks - how did it wear?

    1. Hello, the Coco Shine lipstick is my favourite because it is light, nice colours, moisturizing and not matte at all. It last long too. It is a combination of lipstick and a lipgloss all in one.

  15. These make-up sessions can be really fun (I often attend the Clinique ones) Those three nail polishes are lovely shades for the new season and the video is a great way to introduce the new products.
